Training and apprenticeship opportunities at Kuhn

Training is a key part of our activities here at Kuhn Special Steel.
We concentrate on turning young people into metal machinists, machine and system operators, electronic technicians, and specialists in warehouse logistics and industrial management.
As part of our efforts to provide new entrants with the right training opportunities, we have been operating our own, in-house training workshop since 2008. This ensures that apprentices get to know the company’s way of doing things right from day one, while allowing training to be tailored to meet the precise needs of our organisation.

A comparatively-high 10% of our workforce consists of trainees and apprentices. This proportion reflects our guiding principle that young people are our future, and that we as a company have the obligation to provide them with the solid training needed to get their careers off to a good start.
