Manufacturing Techniques
We combine our large variety of materials and our efficiency in the manufacture of centrifugal castings with the technological properties of forged products. Principally everything can be made out of stainless steel, if it is round and has a hole in the middle.
Our core competence lies in centrifugal casting techniques with subsequent final finish machining. We control the use of this manufacturing technique for the most varied steels and alloys. The spectrum ranges from low-alloy steels to iron-free alloys. We put our material know-how to use in the development phases to ensure that a perfect product is ultimately produced.
Over 70% of our products are customized and accurately produced as machined parts according to our customers' drawings. It also poses no problem for us to manufacture individual pieces and small series.
Furthermore we manufacture every material, which can be cast using centrifugal casting techniques. We are also always prepared to manufacture special materials according to your specifications.
In centrifugal casting an especially dense and pure structure is created by high rotational forces as well as directional solidification from outside to inside. Impurities and gas inclusions are forced to the surface and can be removed in additional processing. Therefore products manufactured by this technique possess outstanding technological properties, which are far superior to many areas of conventional static castings.
Our varied capabilities in the pre-processing and final processing of rotation-compressed stainless steel fulfill our customers' most varied needs. Whether we're talking about lathe machines, finishing machines and polishing machines, or our CNC processing centers - as specialists in centrifugal casting, final processing is also our greatest strength.
