Design and construction

We have more than 50 years’ experience in the development and construction of bespoke centrifugal casting machines and their corresponding moulds. Health and safety have always been at the forefront when developing these machines. This area of concern characterises both our approach to technical implementation and the structural layout of our plant machinery. We differ considerably, on a world scale, from many of our competitors in this respect.
Our machines offer a maximum degree of flexibility with respect to producible weights and dimensions, because they are continuously being developed. We also have at our disposal, in addition to our casting machines, almost 500 moulds. This stock of equipment is continually being improved and expanded in order to meet the needs of our customers. The configuration of these moulds is always optimised to match that of our machines. They are likewise subject to a policy of ongoing development and replacement. The right interaction between a product-optimised mould and a mould-optimised machine is vital for ensuring the cost-efficient production of high-quality raw castings.

Our product designers therefore work with our customers to create the right customer-specific solutions. This involves, along with other measures, the development of moulds designed to optimise the use of material, which likewise optimises costs, while also guaranteeing maximum product-quality.
