The company has been led, since 2005, by a five-member management team: Andre Kuhn and Frank Lessing are joint CEOs, while Andre Kuhn deals with the technical side of the business and Frank Lessing is responsible for commercial matters. Both of the latter are currently assisted by three authorised signatories: Uwe Wagner (Sales), Dr. Frank Wischnowski (Quality Management) and Norbert Kremer (Production).
